Owned by a Singaporean and Chinese couple whose day jobs are in the film and design worlds, this darling little café in the Dashilar hutongs engages in coffee, cake, and cats (there are two that haunt the courtyard's rooftop).

Beans are roasted in-house, or imported from the motherland in the case of the Singaporean classic kopi. A rotating selection of sweets and intermittent cultural events round off a worthy addition to the burgeoning Third Wave coffee scene of Beijing.
