2016-11-22

Where are the amazing night views of Beijing? Indeed you can visit lots of places, such as Tiananmen, the Olympic Park, Qianmen, Shichahi, Sanlitun, the Central Radio Station and so on. Each of the places has its special characteristics, and you won’t feel dry if you travel to these places at night.

Tiananmen

Tourists coming to Beijing always flock to Tiananmen to view the magnificence of the Tiananmen Tower and the world’s largest city square. Indeed this is an exciting experience, especially for those coming to Beijing the first time. However, the more amazing view of Tiananmen is its night appearance.

Shichahai

You might have heard that Shichahai is one of the best places to visit as night falls, but have you ever been there before? Probably not. I was like you before one of my best friends on a business trip in Beijing asked me to suggest one evening tour site for him. Yes, the first site that flashed across my mind was Shichahai, where I visited a few times but never experienced the evening view of it. It was an exciting experience for both of us touring the lakes for about one hour.

Olympic Park

Beijing Olympic Park, located in Chaoyang District, Beijing and at the north end of the axis of Beijing, stretches up to the south bank of Qinghe River in the north, to Beitucheng Road in the south, to Anli Road and Beichen East Road in the east and to Lincui Road and Beichen West Road, covering an area of 11.59 square kilometers and centrally expressing the three concepts: technology, green and human culture.

Qianmen Street

Qianmen Street is a famous commercial street in Beijing. North from Yueliangwan, south to the crossing of Tianqiao, it is located in the central axis of Beijing. It was used to be the imperial road for emperors to visit Temple of Heaven and Temple of Agriculture before the construction of outer city in 29th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1550), and it became the main north-south street after the construction of outer city. It looks amazing as night falls.

Sanlitun

Taikoo Li Sanlitun represents a cosmopolitan approach to leisure, leading the way with up-to-the-minute lifestyle trends, an arty atmosphere and thoughtful service intended to provide every guest with an unforgettable shopping experience.

Central Radio Station

Located to the west of Xisanhuan Middle Road, China Central Radio and Television Tower (CCTV Tower) is close to Yuyuantan Park and Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Construction began in January 1987. In 1994, the project was completed and the tower was open to the public on October 1st of the same year.
