Tuanjiehu Park is located in the East Third Ring Road in Chaoyang District, 8 kilometers away from downtown Beijing. As a 3A national scenic spot, it is a city park featured with classical garden. In 1958, Tuanjiehu Park was built following the Jiangnan style residential gardens. The name "Tuanjie" means "united", which represents the feat people made with their efforts together to build this park. Surrounded by water, there are three bridges in different shapes lead to the center islet. There is a Wanxiayiwan Pavilion on the island and you can also see wall paintings and carved stones landscapes. At the east gate of Tuanjiehu Park, you can see the stone landscaping. North of the stone landscaping, there is an entertainment facility for children, such as battery-powered cars and small trains etc.

The park mainly adopts the Jiangnan residential style. All the pavilions and other architecture are painted with gray tiles and white walls. The doors and windows are made with the color of wood, which show the feature of simplicity and elegance. The bridges and running waters, hills and rivers and various flowers in the park, making it a pleasant place for visitors.

Main attractions includes: Liushui Zhaobi, Jiexiu Bridge, Yunxiang Pavilion, Garden House, Stone Pavilion, Yinsheng Bridge, Shuige Hexiang, Mingyi Boat, Deyue Corridor, Huanbo Bridge, Cloud Mountain, Lancui Pavilion, Comprehensive Hall etc. The lush forests and the natural beauty of lakes and mountains embody an exquisite scenery.

How to get there: Take Subway Line 10 to Hujialou Station and come out from Exit B, or take Bus No. 113, 350, 402 ,405, 420, 421, 503, 627, 705, 707, 801 and get off at the west gate of the park.
