Located to the east of Yanchi Town, Mentougou District, Weizishui Village is about 5 km from Qinyukou of No. 109 National Expressway. The village built in the 20th year of Wanli Period of the Ming Dynasty and now there are 313 households lived here. At an altitude of 560 meters high, covering an area of 2,301 acres, the village is in the middle part of Tianzhuang Valley. There is a reservoir called Weiziahui Reservoir in the village which is a flood control project of Yongding River.
Red Toona Sinensis is the most well-known local product of the village for it has a long history more than 500 years. The Red Toona Sinensis planted here is one of the loyal food of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The village will hold the Toona Sinensis Festival on May 1st and villagers arrange Yangko performance every year during the festival.
The village are mainly formed by well-preserved three-section compounds and quadrangle courtyards. There are 46 quadrangle courtyard and 37 three-section compounds of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The most well-preserved quadrangle courtyards lies at the center of the village. There are also many ancient trees and 12 ancient bridges.
