Located in Liulimiao Town, Qifengshan National Forest Park is about 80 km from downtown Beijing. With Bai River to its north and Yunmenshan Mountain to its south, the Qifengshan National Forest Park covers an area about 65 hectares and there are more than 50,000 trees of red leaves in the park.

Because it high altitude, the plants on the mountain are divided into 4 plants group and 8 kinds of plants types and 22 families. It is one of the most well-preserved forests in Beijing. The forest park is combined by the Qifengshan Mountain scenic spot and Baichazhi scenic spot.

There are varieties scenic areas including natural landscapes and cultural sites. There are lakes, brooks, fountains, and waterfalls scatted in the mountains. The clouds, the frog, the rain and the snow in four seasons are all attractive for visitors to come here.

Natural Bridge, the natural bridge at Suhukou in the biggest natural bridge discovered in Beijing, has a high scientific value. See the mountain from different angles, some people feel it like a crescent moon while others think it is a full moon so the mountain get a nick name “Moon Mountain”.
