Longtan Park is located in the opposite of Longtan Beili Community in Dongcheng District, a 4A tourism park in Beijing. It is a prominent place for leisure, entertainment, fitness in the south of Beijing. In addition, it hosts a spring festival temple fair every year- one of the top four temple fairs in Beijing.

Longtan Park is a new-style city park combines classical architecture and modern gardening that exudes a “dragon” theme. With beautiful scenes, advanced facilities and very good services, Longtan Park has become an important exercise and entertainment place for the residents in Beijing and has also attracted numerous visitors each year. Trees planted in the park have been given names such as Dragon Cypress, Dragon Beard Willow, and Dragon Pawn Pagoda Tree. Even upon entering the park, visitors are immediately welcomed by 2 dragons whose bodies are made of flowers and plants.

There are several tourism highlights. The lofty Dragon Hill with 14 grotesque peaks stands in the water, a waterfall pours down straight, which, seen from far, is like a huge potted landscape. Thousands Willow scenic spot, located on the lake banks, in the northeast of the park, is formed by a large amount of various willows including weeping willows, erect willows, hoary willows, Salix leucopithecia and Salix X areo-pendula, etc. The stone forest in the east of the park is spectacular and the Shi Chuanxiang Memorial Hall is built in memory of Shi Chuanxiang, a model worker as a nightman. The bungee jump program is very exciting and three people can jump simultaneously.
