Luanzhou Ancient Town is located in Luanzhou Town, Luanxian County, City of Tangshan, Hebei Province. Surrounded by magnificent mountains and gorgeous rivers and fermented in the 3,000 years of history, Luanzhou Ancient Town is now one of the most mesmerizing fairylands found in northern China. The ancient unique buildings here feature the styles of the buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasty and 26 Chinese ethnic minorities’ culture and customs. It covers an area of 1340,000 square meters where different kinds of cultural and folk travel sections have already been built up and are now welcoming visitors.
Luanzhou Ancient Town is more than an average ancient town because large numbers of splendid ancient buildings of the past times of China have already been reconstructed and beautified, including the Ancient City Gate, Bell and Drum Tower, Ancient Drama Tower, Wind and Rain Bridge, Luanzhou Pavilion, Heyuan Garden and so on. It is not a dry land but a town surrounded by a water channel which is named Green Dragon River. Led by the Khitan culture, Luanzhou Ancient Town is now a traditional Chinese town which shines as night falls and can impress each and every visitor by its modern and traditional streets and foods. Now it is an AAAA scenic spot in China.
Inside the ancient town there are a number of amazing spots for you to visit, such as Yingpin Square at its East City Gate, the Temple of Guanyu, Wenmiao Temple, Luanzhou Yamen, the Green Dragon River, the Nine-Dragon Stream, a snack street, an antique street, a courtyard house street etc.

Getting there from Beijing:
1. Take Train G383 (07:41 - 09:21) at Beijing Railway Station or Beijing West Railway Station to Luanhe Station, take a taxi to Luanxian County Bus Station (about 20 minutes), and transfer to Bus No. 101 or 102 to Xunluanfu Station.
2. Take Train G383 (07:41 - 09:21) at Beijing Railway Station or Beijing West Railway Station to Luanhe Station, and take a taxi to Ancient Town (less than 20 RMB).
