Longxian Palace is situated in the central section of Dongguan Village, Zhangfang Township, Fangshan District which is 500 meters above sea-level. Formed over 7,000 million years ago, it is a grand cave dotted with attractions and splendid sights. The hall of the palace is magnificent at 150 meters high, 140 meters wide and 170 meters long. Covering an area of 10 kilometers square, it is reputed as “the First Hall in North China”.
After tens of millions of years’ chemical deposit, extraordinary sights have been formed in the cave including Dragon Egg, source of life, fur seal keep the cave, lotus throne, immortal water soak bead, golden lotus garden, golden jellyfish, crystal of Dragon King's palace etc. In particular the palmlike stalagmite, squirrel fossil are rare, and can only be seen in Northern China. Fangshan cedar and northern scenery make the palace more resplendent and magnificent. As if tourists are place in the glorious shrine of fairyland.
Various chemical deposits as flowstones, dripstones, and water capillaries are to be seen on the wall of the grand cave. The most admirable feature of the cave is the six stalagmites in a palm shape, a spectacle rarely seen in northern China.

Bus Route: Take Bus No. 45 and get off at Longxian Palace, then walk 184 meters to the destination
Self-drive Route: Leave from Liulihe Exit of Jingshi Expressway and arrive at the destination through Hancunhe, Yunju Temple and Erdu.
