Another reason is that you’ve been swimming too long and you need to take a rest. Generally speaking, it is better to swim less than 1.5 hours or you’ll have a high potential for cramps.

2 Protect your skin from sunburn

Exposing your skin to the sun for a long time may cause harm to your skin. Swimming, especially swimming in sea under sunlight is likely to make your skin red, dry and scaly. So do not swimming at noon. The ideal time for swimming during summer is at dusk.

3 Do not touch your eyes

Pinkeye disease is easily contagious by using public goods. The towels and waters in swimming pools may be used by someone who is already affected by pinkeye disease so do not touch your eyes when you are swimming. And it is highly recommended that you take your own towels and other things you may need for yourself.
