The roast duck here is fantasic! When you order the whole duck, they slice it into small pieces and bring it out with thin pancakes, cucumber, plum sauce, and green onions. Assemble the meat, sauces, and other ingredients on the pancake and wrap and eat like a burrito or soft taco. The meat is very good by itself, too. Afterwards, they bring out crispy duck skin and slightly fatty duck meat with some skin, both wonderful.
