Every Monday starting at 8:30pm, enjoy a free one-hour salsa lesson by a professional teacher. You'll be guided through a selection of salsa moves and a variety of other Latin sounds to get you feeling tropical. We'll keep these rhythms going all evening with music from DJ Joyce, so get ready to move your body!

Teacher for June & July: Santos (Sazón ABC)

Santos, born and educated in Cuba, was influenced deeply by his family and has always been dancing since he was young. After graduating from university, he joined the Caribbean Dance group to begin his professional dance career. In 2011 he performed in “Tiempos”, and in 2013 he performed in “Rueda de Casino”.

Since embarking on his professional dance career, Santos has also taught at Casa de Tango Dance School, Baila Habana. In 2014, Santos defeated 27 other pairs to win 1st place at Festival de El Tambor.

Since then, he came to Beijing to assist Sazón ABC and eventually became Artistic Director. He is continually involved in the dance scene in China.
