While our fair city has seen its fair share of changes since 2008, upon Beijing Calling's return, its aim remains the same as ever: to give the next generation of Beijing bands the opportunity to showcase their talents at the city's nearest, dearest and sweatiest rock houses. This edition sees School Live Bar curate a five-strong lineup of its favourite regulars, taking them down the road to the more spacious and sanitised Yugong Yishan stage. The Big Wave, Penicillin, The Diders, Heat Mark and LaiSee will be hoping to transfer the energy of their School gigs away from their Wudaoying comfort zone.

Included with the ticket is a free car ferry ride from Yugong Yishan back to School, following the conclusion of the show at 11pm. The hard rock high jinks will continue there, where one free beer can be claimed upon arrival, provided a valid ticket is shown.
