North to Ye Mountain, south to Chaobai River, Yexian Tower Tourism Scenic Area is situated 2 km to the northeast of Miyun County. It covers an area of 1150 mu, and 800 mu for Yexian Tower, 350 mu for the park.

As the back garden of Miyun District, Yexian Tower Tourism Scenic Area occupies an important position in urban planning and development. To increase the green land area of Miyun, optimize the green space layout as well as improve urban environment quality, Yexian Park was built for providing a fitness and leisure place for citizens in 2009 approved by the district government.
