The offerings at Three Guizhou Men represent a fusion of dishes from different regions of Guizhou, cooked with less oil and a touch less spicy than what is typically offered in his home province.

Beef on Fire – a favourite with foreigners – features pieces of cooked beef placed over chives on a wire grid that sits on a burning bed of coals. The Guizhou style sour fish soup is a local favorite, both are certainly worth a visit.
