Beihai Park

Beihai Park is one of the most popular parks in the city of Beijing. The whole park covers a total area of over 68 hectares, more than half of it is taken up by the Beihai Lake. Beihai Park is now one of the best of China's classical gardens with artificial hills, pavilions, halls, temples and covered corridors today. The view in front of the magnificent White Dagoba on top of White Dagoba Hill is of the golden tiles and red walls of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park with its five pavilions to the east and the graceful buildings of Tuancheng and the green waves of Zhongnanhai to the south.

Yuyuantan Park

Yuyuantan Park is a huge open space directly opposite China Central TV Tower at the southern end of the Sanlihe Road. Visitors can catch a canal boat here from near the park's south gate to the Summer Palace. The Cherry Blossom Garden in Yuyuantan is noted for its fascinating cherry blossoms. Today, with thousands of cherry trees sent from Japan and other parts of China, the garden is one of the largest in northern China. Every year, the Cherry Blossom Festival is held from March to April, drawing thousands of visitors.

Fragrant Hills Park

The Fragrant Hills Park, originally built in 1186, is now a very wonderful and peaceful hang-out spot for people today. Due to its high elevation and dense cover of trees, spring arrives late in the area. The trees make the grandest display of all. There are also groves of apricots, pears, peaches and lilacs adding their fragrance, and the more solemn evergreens, whose contribution to the local beauty is unrestricted by seasonal changes.

Chaoyang Park

Beijing Chaoyang Park is a key project according to the General Plan for Beijing City approved by the State Council, located premium location in the middle of Chaoyang District of Beijing. Various aquatic plants, metasequoia trees, willows and other humidity resistant trees grow here. The source of the water is a ladder of cascades piled up by rocks. Composed of wooden platforms, pavilions and meadow, the environment is enriched by small and medium-sized sculptures to express the idea of naturalness, environmental protection and the balance of nature.
