Located at Pangkezhuang Town, Daxing District, Lihua Village is one of the main origins of pears in China and a “professional fruit village” of Beijing. The village is about 23 km to downtown Beijing and 16 km to Nanyuan Airport. There are 1,127 villagers in 339 households in the village. With 150 mu sweet potato and 3700 mu fruiter and 4,900 mu cultivate land, the village is known for its pear trees which covers an area of 3,433 mu.

The village has a long history of fruit trees planting. According to history, the village sent pears to the emperor as tribute in the Ming dynasty about 400 years ago. The village was rated as the most beautiful village of Beijing in 2009, the most special villages with delicious foods in 2011.

Most of the pear trees in Lihua Village are over a hundred years old which means the village is an ecological orchard. The village is an attractive place though four seasons for visitors can appreciate flowers in spring, enjoy the shades in summer, pick pears in autumn and view the snow in winter.

Transportation: Bus: Take Bus No. 366, 986, 610, 631 to Huangcun Huochezhan and transfer to No. 22 to Lihuacun Station or take Bus No. 937 to Daxing Changtuzhan and then transfer No. 33 to Lihuacun Station

Subway: Get off at Tiangongyuan Station (Daxing Line) and take Bus No. 21 to Fushang Lukou and walk 1 km to the west.

Car: Drive along Jingkai Expressway at Yuquanying roundabout and come out from Lihua Bridge Exit (No. 14 Exit) then follow the side way to the bridge and turn left and drive another 4 km.
