You will be free and have a nice fairy tour once cannot dream of. The following three grasslands around Beijing are the places you cannot miss.

1.Yudaokou Grassland (御道口草原)

This grassland is located in Bashang, Weichang County, City of Chengde, Hebei Province (承德市围场县坝上地区). This is a vast land near Beijing which is as beautiful as a wonderland. People usually call it: source of water, hometown of clouds, world of flowers, sea of forests and haven of wild rare species.

2.Kangbanuoer Grassland (康巴诺尔草原)

Kangbanuoer in English means beautiful lake, and Kangbanuoer Lake is located in Kangbao County, Hebei Province (河北康保县境内). The water area here is vast and the water is transparent, decorated by the flowers aronud it and loved by the birds flying over it. The great feature of it is it is relatively flat. Taking a strolling on the grass here is amazing.

3. Guyuan Grassland (沽源草原)

Guyuan Grassland is located in the south of the Inner Mongolian Plateau and outside the ancient Great Wall, about 260 km away from downtown Beijing. The area of the grassland is 900 square km, closely neighoring the Inner Mongolian Grassland. It is the nearest wetland grassland from Beijing. The area of it is extremely large dotted with wetlands and lakes.
