Jin Ding Xuan is one of a few 24 hours opened Chinese restaurant in Beijing, which offers the dishes typically Cantonese, Sichuan, Huaiyang and Beijing cuisine. It is a magnificent sight, all of branches' buildings contributing to the sumptuous effect with traditional Chinese style.
No matter the time of day, you'll find this place bustling with patrons gobbling down steaming plates of dim sum. Aside from their featured Cantonese snacks & dishes: Sweet and sour pork, Shrimp dumplings and steamed crab dumplings. The shrimp dumplings, stewed beef with radish and spare ribs with black bean sauce are all favorites. The extensive menu includes a range of Sichuan and Beijing favorites: Kung pao chicken and dry sautéing beans, Sautéed shredded pork with sweet bean sauce, etc.
There are multiple branches of this chain, but the most well-known monster shop is near the Lama Temple, just outside Ditan Park. And, while not everyone’s a fan, it’s still comforting to know that you can get a decent selection of kibbles in drunken demeanor.
