Since the beginning of 2016, the Kunming Lake Skating Rink in Summer Palace is opened to visitors. Covering an area of 700,000 square meters (equals to 100 football fields), Kunming Lake Skating Rink boasts the largest natural rink in downtown Beijing. Standing on the Kunming Lake, with broad vision, you can look around of Wanshou Mountain, Foxiang Pavilion, Seventeen-Arch Bridge and West Embankment in 360 degree. Since the first opening day, tourists have flooded through here, most of which are the whole families as well as many foreign tourists visiting here with group.
