Four Seasons Hotel Beijing opens a refreshing exhibition with Zamani Collection and rechenberg to kick-off the third year of pop-up show in the left wing lobby. To celebrate local labels and curate unconventional designs, Zamani Collection and rechenberg represents the true essence of natural dyeing fine textile, and introduces their collaboration {Pomegranate时榴}to the public from January 18th to February 23rd in 2016.

About the Name:

Both Zamani Collection and rechenberg thrive on the idea of natural dyed slow textile made of decade-processed tannin dyed raw silk or nomadic hand-spun yarn. One of the most common dyestuffs for both productions are pomegranate. Hence, it will become the centre of our exhibition - a fruit of texture, tint, and time. “时榴” has the same pronunciation of the fruit “石榴,” yet the Chinese twist using {时-age}and {榴 - yield}implicate the effort, charm and appeal of these artisan produce.
