Fangshan, a famous Beijing Restaurant located in Beihai Park founded at year 1925. As the most famous place cooking Imperial Food, it is the designated foreign restaurant by tourism bureau.

In its former life, Fangshan Restaurant was known as Qing Dynasty's imperial kitchen, preparing meals exclusively for the emperor.
