Located on Qianmen Pedestrian and opposite Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant, Yitiaolong Restaurant was originally named Nanheng Shuanrou and Emperor Guangxu once dined there and changed its name into Yitiaolong Restaurant.
The restaurant specializes in hand cut mutton and selects small skeleton sheep. Frozen meat rolls is especially popular there. there are over ten secret seasonings for diners to choose from.
Apart from rinsed meat, Yitiaolong also makes delicate dishes. Stewed ox tail with brown sauce adopts imported ox tail from Uruguay and tastes fragrant. Other recommended dishes are Tasimi, Huazigu and noodles with soybean paste.
