Ingredients:

chicken breast 100g, three mushrooms, rice 100g, a little scallion and ginger, olive oil 10g, salt, proper amount of chicken essece, pepper powder 3g

Directions:

1.Wash the rice and soak in the water for an hour.

2.Cut chicken breast into shreds, add a little salt, starch and a spoon of olive oil to stir well.

3.Cut the washed mushroom into shreds, mince the scallion and ginger.

4.Pour enough water into the pot, when the water is boiling, add the soaked rice and a spoon of olive oil.
