Following are the details:

1. Put your index and middle finger together.食指和中指并拢。

2. Massage from the position of Yintang to above, with spiral motion.从印堂的位置依次螺旋状往上按摩。

3. Keep doing it for 3-5mins before you go to bed.临睡前,自己按揉3~5分钟。
