A rousing success from day one in its present location, The Taco Bar has come a long way from the hutong speakeasy days of yore. One of the tastiest and most unexpected additions to the menu has been this kale salad (RMB50). Topped with slightly spicy, exceedingly tender grilled chicken, house-pickled onions, sunflower seeds, grana padano cheese, and a citrusy vinaigrette, it’s the perfect palate cleanser in between inhaling another pot of queso fundido and hoovering up that leftover fish taco.
