You think that your agent provided you a poor service;
You think that you agent did not follow the contract;
You think that your agent hurt you on purpose or by accident;
You think that your agent caused the damage or loss of your baggage;
You think that your agent cheated you;
Staffs of the travel agent asked you for tips privately;
Some others things that had done harm to your benefits.
