A second round game of the Asian Champions League was played off yesterday at Beijing Guoan FC’s home court - Worker’s Stadium. The final score was drawn 1:1 as the visiting teaming - FC Seoul scored an equalizer in the second half of the match.

Before the opening of the K-League 2014-2015, strikers Dejan Damjanović and captain Ha Dae-Sung left the club while Adilson dos Santos retired. Though under an overhaul, FC Seoul have been sustaining unbeatable standings against CSL teams since last season.

Peter Utaka scored from the Shao Jiayi’s cross ball at the 20', and at the 57' Lang Zheng headed home another which was called off for foul. KoYoHan beat the offside trap and scored an equalizer at the 71'. At the injoureing time, Yang Yun made a terrible back-pass to Yang Zhi, Guoan’s goalkeeper, which resulted in a foul and a red card.

Choi Yong-Soo,Coachof FC Seoul, viewed the match as something about dignity, "The match means a lot to both sides, and we all expect a good result, because the match between capital teams involves challenge and dignity. Certainly I wish returning home with a good mood." Sure enough, they left Beijing with satisfaction.
