Operation Mode of Beijing Gift

Based on the monetized operational modes of brand promotion and franchising business, Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development rigorously selected franchisers owners for Beijing Gift through open tendering on November 25, 2011. Up to now, Beijing Gift exclusive shops have been established in many popular places of interest, business streets and airports in Beijing, such as Badaling Great Wall, the Old Summer Palace, Summer Palace,QianmenPedestrian Street,Beijing Aquarium, the Water Cube, Central TV Tower,WangfujingPedestrian, T3 Airport Terminal and Temple of Heaven. Customers can buy featured tourist commodities marked with Beijing Gift in any of those shops.

It has taken Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development 7 years to prepare and develop Beijing Gift items, which are all excellent items selected from a tourist souvenir innovation contest and reflect Beijing culture. Time-honored products such as red star Erguotou, Quanjude roast duck and Wangmazi scissors and modern handicrafts which depicts the characteristics and culture of Beijing including Bird Nest and the Water Cube shaped four precious articles of the writing table and Beijing-garden-themed delicate chinawares are both included in Beijing Gift.

Beijing Gift Quality

Beijing Gift has received financial support of Beijing Tourist Commodities in terms of product research and development and distribution channel. It also gains much wisdom and technical support from universities, science institute and companies such as Central Academy of Fine Arts, Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University.

Beijing Gift has established a complete authentication security management system and set up authentication and evaluation regulations of products and service. Uncertified shops shall not start franchises and products can’t be put on sale unless permitted.
