The Xin’ao Shopping Center is a large shopping center that is unique for its location in Beijing. It’s located below ground in the center of the Olympic Park and occupies space that has been continuously developed after the 2008 Olympic Games. Getting here is quite convenient, as it is located in the middle of the Olympic Park, between the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube venues and the south entrance to the Olympic Forest Park. Subway Line 8’s Beijing Olympic Park station is connected to the park. For motorists, ample parking is available underground and navigating this area is not difficult.

Not only are there many familiar brands in this shopping center, but there are many anchor tenants, restaurants, and activities for everyone. The main tenant is the Rainbow Department Store, which offers many fashionable brands and specialty products. On the bottom level is a large supermarket for shoppers to conveniently run their errands and shop. For food, there is an entire floor dedicated to restaurants, everything from fast food, pizza, steak, hot pot, Cantonese, dumplings, ice cream, cafes, and more. For entertainment, there is a CGV movie theatre and arcade. Occasionally, a large stage is set up in the middle of the shopping center for activities and promotions.

This mall really has something for everyone and makes it easy to spend an entire day at the Olympic Park. There are museums, exhibition centers, and of course the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube venues around. It’s easy to see how this mall is an excellent and convenient choice for everyone.
