China World Trade Center Tower III is the tallest building in Beijing. As a skyscraper, it has 74 floors, 4 underground floors and 30 elevators. It is the third phase of development of the China World Trade Center complex in Beijing’s central business district in Chaoyang District, located beside the intersection of the East Third Ring Road and Jianguomenwai Avenue. The building tops 330 meters (1,083 ft).

It is a mixed-use office and hotel space, with retail at its base. The building houses a 270-room 5-star hotel, a 1,600-seat grand ballroom and a parking garage located at basement level. The office space is located on floors 1 through 55. Floors 56 through 68 are occupied by the hotel with a lobby on the 71st floor. Floors 72 through 74 are used for a restaurant and an observation deck.
