Bibimbap, an exceptionally tasty Korean side, can also be a great meal in itself. Here are some Korean restaurants that serve the best Bibimbap (Shi Guo Ban Fan) in Beijing.
Iki
Iki is one of our favorite Korean barbecue joints that also innovates flavors from east and west. The bibimbap at Iki is always a staple item when we dine here. There are various versions of bibimbap here as well, but we usually stick with the classic (RMB26). The highlight is adding a generous portion of mozzarella cheese for RMB5. The red chili paste here is savory with just a hint of spice, and mixing in the mozzarella gives the rice a nice sticky texture we relish, while the bottom layers remain delightfully crispy.
