For movie lovers, they need to watch movies no matter where they travel. In Beijing, there are lots of movie theaters. Xindong'an Cinema is one among them and you may go there when you need to watch a movie in Beijing while traveling.

It is cheap and conveniently located. If you're going with that special person and aren't exactly interested in taking in the movie, this is your place. The comfy chairs at back are secreted enough to afford a little privacy. The selection here is solid: Xindong'an runs the newest flicks in town, open between 10am and 9.30pm, and tickets on Tuesdays are half-price. Word to the hungry: don't purchase tickets until you're ready to hunker down and watch the movie. The theater staff won't let you in with food and beverages from outside the theater.

There is, however, a confectionary counter inside. Kill time before the movie in the shopping stalls on the lower floors at Xindong'an Market, which are charmingly overpowered by the fug of mutton steam from the hotpot joint next door.

Staying at this cinema, you will surely have an enjoyable time.
