8 Bands Rock Yugong Yishan for Charity Concert on Jan 26

On January 26, Yugong Yishan will host a charity concert to raise funds for rock n’ roll figure Liang Heping, who was paralyzed following a tragic car crash last year. Liang Heping performed with legendary rocker He Yong and is considered one of the main leaders of China’s rock music movement in the 90s. Bands on the night will include He Yong, Second Hand Rose, Zhanfu, Thin Man, Guantou, Askar, Ma Tiao and Zhang Qianqian.

Prominent rock musicians have also contributed items towards the night’s auction including “New Godfather or rock n’ roll” Xie Tianxiao, Ding Wu of Tang Dynasty, Gao Hu from Miserable Faith, Reflector band, Twisted Machine and many more. Al proceeds will go to Liang Heping.
