The dance drama Bodhisattva (千手观音) will be performed at Beijing’s Century Theater from December 12th to the 16th. Created by acclaimed choreographer Zhang Jigang, Bodhisattva has undergone completely new revisions since its appearance in the 2005 CCTV Spring Festival Gala. The complete performance makes use of over 400 dancers and is known for its recreation of the "thousand-armed bodhisattva" figure on stage.
