Aromatherapy has become an increasingly popular spa method. After an initial consultation, practitioner Sophie Wang concocted the appropriate oils and decided we should try a holistic aromatherapy massage (980RMB for 180 minutes) to relax and balance the nervous system. The treatment begins with a body scrub, then a shower, followed by a unique massage with prescribed oils to relax body and mind. Oils are available for purchase, and Wang also provides workshops in which she teaches skincare regimes and the basics of TCM massage.
