Nali Patio

Nali Patio

2012-07-04

Nali Patio is a Spanish style multi leveled mini mall. it has a courtyard in the middle and a range of restaurants as well as retail and massage places. Several floors of great eats and boutiques, including Migas, Enoterra, D-SATA and Non Season. The only way to the 5/6 floor (I forget which one) is via elevator - no stairs. So you have to wait a long time for the elevator if it's busy. Someday if you're dining on the 5th or 6th floor and a fire breaks out, good luck - you might have to jump. This place is an accident waiting to happen - it's appalling that the landlord hasn't fixed it and that the fire department has done nothing. Shame on you Nali Patio - we deserve better.

Nali Patio is hidden with an inconspicuous winding entrance alley which is located in the alley on the south side of 3.3 Mall. Nali Patio has a beautiful Mediterranean white-walled design and a very exclusive feel. The establishments in Nali Patio are also select shops and there are also some very nice restaurants such as the rather sophisticated Saddle Cantina which brings an element of elegance to burritos. Nali Patio is slightly less busy than other places in the area perhaps because of its hidden away location and beautiful but somewhat confounding floor plan.

You can't miss this bright white Spanish hacienda style minimall—perfect for shoppers who want a selection of stores without the mania of a market or huge megamall. On these four floors you'll find chain stores like Pantry Magic and American Apparel, as well as boutiques like Yiwen Studio, which is run by an up-and-coming local designer. The excellent shoe store Long.com has a good selection of shoes for larger, foreign feet. If the mood strikes, head to Apothecary on the 3rd floor for a reviving and beautifully made cocktail.
