otherwise your cherished items will be destroyed.

2. Don’t take the hot spring bath on an empty stomach, after drinking or after a
meal. It should be taken with an interval of an hour after you have a
meal.
3. Do choose a hot spring pool with a suitable temperature. The process
always starts from a relatively colder temperature to a hotter one. Each
session lasts for about 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Don’t sit in the bath for too long, or else you may experience momentary dizziness when you stand up to leave. If you find yourself uncomfortable at any point, you should get out of the bath and drink a glass of water.
5. Don’t take bath in a temperature that is too hot. The temperature should be between 30℃ to 45℃.
6. Don’t take a hot spring bath alone. Although it has been done before, it is
wise to have someone there with you so as to help avoid accidents in the event
that one happens.
Who is Unsuitable For a Hot Spring Bath?
1. Anyone suffering from a skin allergy should not take a hot spring bath.
2. Pregnant women and anyone who has recently had surgery should refrain from entering into a hot spring bath.
3. Diabetics should refrain from staying in the hot spring bath for long periods. It is better to have intervals every 20 minutes or so to avoid accidents.
4. People suffering from insomnia may not be suitable for long sessions.
5. People who have heart disease or high blood pressure should refrain from entering unless it is approved by a doctor.
