
Located in 10 kilometers Southeast of Yanqing County, Liugou Folk Village owns thousands Mu of orchard garden, with varieties of apricot produced during June and July, plum produced from July to September, apple of September to October. Among them the most famous one is rosy apple which is big, colorful, and crisp with moderate sweet and sour taste. The village now have 13 folk households can host 200 people’s accommodation.

Visitors can enjoy picking, fishing, horse riding. Pushing a roller or pulley is also a good way to experience local folk customs. Some residents also introduced the "brazier pot" folk feast in winter.
Liugou also known as Phoenix Ancient City. Troops were stationed there in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The village had built 18 temples, set up government offices, opened pawnshops, and the market was thriving. Overlooked from the mountain outside the village, this ancient city looks like a flying Phoenix, therefore it was compared to Phoenix City in history.
The total area of the city is 63,000 square meters, with walls, gates etc still remained as historical sites. Nine old trees including Chinese Scholar Tree, elm and willow, 7 ancient wells ever used by the Ming government station troops exist there as well.
