As the warm spring comes, the apricot trees are in their full blossom period these days. On March 26, the opening ceremony of apricot flowers’ festival was held in Phoenix Ridge.

Combined with the educational resources, intangible cultural heritages, folk custom and agriculture, the festival has prepared many themed activities for visitors. The apricot flower festival is open though to early May.

With brilliantly flowers covers its mountains, the Phoenix Ridge in spring is much more gorgeous than it in other seasons. There are more than 1,000 mu of apricot trees and peach trees here and it is a flower wonderland for tourists. Visitors can not only appreciate apricot flowers but also other flowers such as magnolia, flowering peach and other colorful flowers in the mountains.

2016 is the 20th anniversary of the Phoenix Ridge, so there is a special offer for those who were born in April 1996 —— they can visit Phoenix Ridge for free in April with valid documentation.

There are also tourism activities such as cross-county hiking competition, the 2nd Outdoor Games and other activities.
