"Yalugu" means "I love you" in Tujia language. The design concept of Beijing Yalugu Tropical Botanical Garden originates from the architecture and totem culture of the minority groups in the southwest, and shows the ethnic style under the tropical rainforest in Beijing. The scenic area has lush forests, clear streams, and a variety of exotic flowers and plants. The thatched grass, wooden houses and hammock buildings reflect each other, forming a magical tropical rainforest magnificent painting.

The Tusi Castle complex has an unparalleled charm, and the totem faces on the walls explain the deep historical origins. The main building of Tusi Castle has three floors in total. The first floor is an exhibition of national culture, which collects a lot of national cultural treasures. The second and third floors are designed for visitors' leisure, dining and entertainment. Some dining and tea rooms are arranged for visitors to taste the special food from ethnic regions and tea performances. The zodiac supporting building next to it is a barbecue area, which draws on the design of the pile dwelling.

There is a huge climbing net once you enter the park, and adults and children can climb through to enter the central fountain area. Ethnic minority people are dressed in ethnic costumes and knocking on local special musical instruments to start the live performance with ethnic minority characteristics. After the show, go to visit the dinosaur hall and enjoy a visual feast! In the dense forest, more than 20 dinosaurs simulate a real dinosaur life scene.

Thousands of tropical plant families are gathered here in the ancient tree area of the garden. There are also many fruit trees here. You can see the original growing state of various tropical fruits such as papaya and durian without traveling to the south far away. Moreover, you can pick the fruit with your family and friends!

Many projects in the park are extremely interactive for parent-child activities. There are many tropical plants and the buildings with minority characteristics which are suitable for taking photos.
