Officially opened to the public in Dec. 1999, Poly Art Museum has already received nearly 40 million people all walks of life. Praised as one of the most modernized museums in mainland China, Poly Art Museum is perfectly equipped with professional scholars and complete collection&preservation systems.

To date, Poly Art Museum has employed around 50 domestic experts and scholars as its consultants who are all China’s leading professionals in the field of art and enjoy a high reputation at home and abroad. Since 2000, the museum has successfully held the “Yuanmingyuan national treasure National Tour event” in more than 40 urban centers including Hongkong, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and so on, which has been visited by more than 12 million visitors. December 2001 to June 2002, the Poly Art Museum of 120 Treasures of the (group) were exhibited in Taipei and Taichung, which received a great acclaim and was called as one of the largest cross-strait cultural exchange activities since the recent times by the Taiwan media.
