DAY1: Tian'anmen Square-Beijing Zhongshan Park-National Museum of China

Morning: The first thing to do is to watch the flag raising ceremony at Tian'anmen Square and take a selfie with the landscape which is for the centennial celebration of the founding of the Party (CPC). Then head to Laijin Yuxuan Tea house, one of the sites of the early Beijing revolution of the CPC, to taste its Dongcai baozi.

Lunch: Chengfuyan (South Street Branch), Donglaishun (Tian'anmen Branch), and Palace Museum Restaurant are recommended, which are also not far from Zhongshan Park.

Afternoon: Watch the exhibitions and feel the warmth in CPC's history through the National Museum of China. There is a café that is very popular inside the museum on the internet; order a glass of specialty coffee and have fun. The nearby Nanchizi Art Museum is also worth a visit, when there's plenty of time.

Dinner: Laoxiangzi Restaurant (Dongdan headquarter) and Siji Minfu Roast Duck Shop (The Palace Museum Branch) are recommended if you would like to have an authentic taste of Beijing roast duck. And if you are a vegetarian, Godly (Qianmen Branch) is where you cannot miss.

You can wander through the longest Hutong in Beijing, Dongjiaoming Xiang and take a look at the Wangfujing Street and Dafang Department Store and buy souvenirs or listen to a concert in Zhongshan Park Music Hall. All of these options are good.

DAY2: The old site of Peking University Second Department-the Red Building of Peking University-the National Art Museum of China-Former Residence of Chenduxiu

Morning: For breakfast recommended, Tofu Nao and Sugar Pancakes of Zengshengkui Snack bar are recommended. The restaurant is right next to Longfu Temple, which opened in 1928. It is favored by the locals. Majiang Oven Rolls of Lixiaolao Clay Oven Rolls (Beiyanhe Shop) are also a must-try.

The old site of Peking University Second Department (formerly the Department of Mathematics of Peking University) was a significant part of the Imperial University of Peking, the first national comprehensive higher education institution in modern China where Dazhao Li and Duxiu Chen lectured.

After visiting Former Residence of Chenduxiu, you can go to the National Art Museum of China to see the "The Great Journey of Ages" - An exhibition of fine arts celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and then to the Peafowl Garden Restaurant to enjoy your afternoon tea.

Opening time: 9:00-17:00, stop entry time is 16:00 and audience exit time is 16:30. Closed every Monday.

Afternoon: Tourists can go the Beijing LUXUN Museum, which is exactly the same as when Mr. Lu Xun lived here in 1924 and where most of his famous works were finished.

Then visit the Former Residence Lidazhao's. This is the home of the family of Dazhao Li, who live for nearly four years from the spring of 1920 to the winter of 1924. Many young people had lived at the home of Li Dazhao and several major meetings had taken place in the study in the Communist Party of China.

Evening: The Southern Fish (Baita Temple Shop), Xingyuan Restaurant (Fuchengmen Salesroom) and Manhengji Niujie Muslim Snack are recommended for dinner. After satisfying your appetite, you can wander the nearby streets to feel the most authentic Beijing lifestyle.

DAY4: The old site of the Beijing Newspaper (Jingbao) Press-Taoranting Park Cibei (mercy) Yan

Morning: For breakfast, you can choose snacks nearby, or go to Taoranting Park to taste the popular Heiyaochang Street Tangyoubing.

In Weizan Hutong, Xicheng District, is situated the former Beijing News Press (former residence of Shaopiaoping). It was founded by Shao, a famous newspaper author, formerly the bureau of The Beijing News. It also represents an important position for Marxism's spread in China. The Beijing News Press was first presented to the public in June, following the renovation of the former site.

Jingtianhong Restaurant (Hufangqiao Branch), Taoran Garden Hotel Baoyuelou Hotel, LILYSWORLD and Dongxing Building (Guanganmen Branch) are recommended for lunch.

Afternoon: Cibei Yan Taoranting Park is in the southwestern corner of the lake island. Built during the Yuan Dynasty, it was one of the places where advanced intellectuals performed secret activity in Beijing when the Chinese Communist Party was established. There is currently a special exhibition.

Opening Hours: 8:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. for high season (April 1 to October 31), and the stop entry time is 5:30 p. m. Each Monday closed (except statutory holidays).

Reservation: Reserve through the park's only reservation platform, "Taoranting Park Cibei Yan Reservation." Reservations are available 7 days in advance until full appointment.

Evening: You can go to the airport or stay an extra night to leave next morning, depending on your return trip. Beiping Restaurant (Taoranting Branch), Jingyang Restaurant (Hufangqiao Branch), Heping Wine House, Zhangji Spiced Beef (Hufangqiao Branch) and Yanshou Heyuan are recommended for dinner. Remember to enjoy the night scene in Qianmen after dinner and don't forget to buy souvenirs.

Public Transportation: Tourists are recommended to download the "Yitongxing" APP to take the metro and buses more conveniently. In case of morning and evening rush hour, it is recommended to travel by metro.
