1.Jiuguijin Izakaya
The beef is thinly sliced and tender, the wasabi sauce underneath covers the fishy taste of the beef, and the tomatoes rolled up with the beef are also very tasty. Another must-order is the Kolbice plum sake. Although Kolbice is a common drink in Japanese restaurants, it is made into a sake with the sour taste of plums, and does not have a heavy alcoholic taste.
The salmon sashimi platter is particularly fresh, with salmon, tuna, Arctic shellfish, sweet prawns and abalone, all tender and well-flavoured, all thick-cut. It’s visually appealing and will melt-in-your-mouth.
The sauce is not too sticky, the eel still has some small spines, and the skin is very thick and elastic.

2.Niaoting Izakaya
The environment of this izakaya is really great, Qiao San and Xiu Rui have also visited, the warm light and Japanese decoration, all this is so satisfied with the requirements.
The meat and onion skewers and the chicken gizzard skewers… Simply mentioning makes me salivate, each skewer is small and easy to eat, one bite of skewer and one sip of wine, so satisfying!
As for the Japanese food, my favorite is this wasabi octopus, the taste and texture are particularly good! It’s very chewy and fresh taste!

3.The Organs
The skewer platter is a must for drinking sake! I recommend the chicken and onion skewer, it's very flavorful and addictive, and the heat is just right!
The kantou platter is a real treat, and I guarantee that it's nothing like what you'd get at 7-11! The hot, well-cooked kanto is so delicious!
The eggs are superb! As an egg lover, I couldn't stop talking about it! The eggs are tender, rolled in mentaiko and served with mayonnaise, nori and spring onions.

4.KOTETSU
This Japanese ramen is a thin noodle dish with a super-rich soup base! The soup is also very rich, and it is very satisfying!
The foie gras skewers are one of my favourites, they are particularly fragrant and grilled to just the right heat, the sauce is thick but slightly salty. Hakata Nabe is lighter in taste overall, with cabbage, fatty beef and tofu, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is very unpretentious but very aromatic, with a Kyushu twist.

5.Big Husband Izakaya
The chicken wing dumplings taste really good, those who like chicken must not miss it. The roasted taste is particularly fragrant, the filling inside is not the usual dumpling filling. As for what it is, leave it to the foodies to try it!
The baked potatoes with mentaiko roe are super buttery, the sauce on top is thick and resembles lava cake, the potatoes are soft and mellow. The baked avocado is outstanding, the egg and avocado are just the right mix, and it tastes good!

6.Niaoquan Izakaya
The sukiyaki at this restaurant is one that I eat every winter. The variety of dishes is very rich, and with the Japanese soy sauce, you can have a bowl of soup before eating the dishes after boiling.
The thick-cut salmon sashimi is super sweet, and the ingredients are very fresh and smooth in the mouth, so you can savour the taste of it.
The plum wine range is superb, with a strong plum flavour and low alcohol level. If you are not a big drinker but want to have a good time, this is the right place for you!
