On June 28th, the 26th Lotus Festival of Yuanmingyuan kicked off, which will last until August 20th, and the best viewing period can be reached in the middle and late July. More than 200 varieties of lotus flowers in Yuanmingyuan Lotus Base compete for beauty and sway in the sunshine and breeze.
"Crops as Beautiful as the Clouds" is one of the forty scenes in Yuanmingyuan, and it has been one of the best places to appreciate lotus in midsummer in history.
It is expected that the lotus flowers in the park will reach the best viewing period in the middle and late July, when the lotus flowers of different colors will form colorful lotus "ribbons" here.

Three lotus ponds on the southeast side of Lake View Cafe are planted with relatively large area, and the lotus flowers in the lotus pond next to Lake View Cafe bloom more brightly.
The varieties planted here include West Lake Red Lotus, Dadi Hongya Lotus and so on.
