Ever since the Mutianyu Great Wall cable car started its journey of upgrading and renovating, many tourists have been keeping attention to its transformation process. From foundation digging, cableway building to components installing, Mutianyu Great Wall cable car starts to present its brand-new appearance.
Firstly built in 1986, the whole length of the cableway is 723 meters with the altitude of terminus reaching 640 meters. Before the transformation, it could operate 58 cable cars at maximum and the one-way transport volume could reach 1,800 persons/hour.
Bearing the principle of “Safety first, Services paramount” in mind, Mutianyu Great Wall has successfully received national-level leaders for hundreds times, including John Major, former British Prime Minister, and Bill Clinton, former US President, and got unanimous praise.
Overcoming technique difficulties, the upgrading process of Mutianyu Great Wall takes greenery protection as the premise, endeavoring to build the “Green Cable Car”. At the same time, the Great Wall journey would become safer, more spacious and more comfortable. Only few-minutes ride, tourists could enjoy the whole scenery of the Great Wall in the cable car, experiencing the novelty of “viewing the Great Wall from a bird’s view”.

About Awards:
1. The winner would be awarded 2 Annual Passes of Mutianyu Great Wall (including tickets, shuttle bus, round-trip cable car, unlimited access a year)

Requirements:
1. A slogan should not exceed 14 characters ( punctuation marks are not included), writing style is unlimited, brief description can be attached.
2. A slogan should be short in word numbers but rich in content, catchy and propagable, in line with the style and characteristics of Mutianyu Great Wall cable car.
3. The content should be positive, conforms to socialistic values, avoid illegal and vulgar language.
4. Submitted works must be original, otherwise will be disqualified from the activity. Mutianyu Great Wall will not bear the legal liability.
Criteria:
The submitted work will be jointly evaluated by Mutianyu Great Wall and professional judges from several perspectives including suitability, creativity, popularity and verbal fluency.
