11 tourist attractions in Changping District will be free of charge on May 19, 2018, the 8th China Tourism Day.

The attractions are as follows: Dalinggou Kiwi Fruit Valley Scenic Spot, Beijing Houhuayuan Scenic Resort, China Aviation Museum, Beijing Small Arms Museum, Tianchi Scenic Area, Heping Temple, Huyu Natural Scenic Area, Shuanglongshan Forest Park, Xiaotangshan Modern Agricultural Science Demonstration Park, Qipanshan Scenic Area, and Yilu Garden.

Moreover, on May 19, the Tourism Development Commission of Changping District will hold 2018 “5.19 China Tourism Day” activity themed "Holistic Tourism, Wonderful Life" and "Holistic Tourism, Gone on Changping" toward  tourism enterprises, young cadres and students. The activity will occupy Timeless China of Fun Capital Park as the main venue to hold art performances including dances, acrobatics and magic selected and played by native Changping tourism enterprises, presenting the charm of Changping tourism cultures to tourists. Besides, 2 excellent volunteers will explain the tourist routes and the rich natural scenery and humanistic histories to the tourists.

In addition, activities will be held at other 6 national AAAA-level scenic spots, namely the Ming Tombs, the Juyongguan Great Wall, China Aviation Museum, Longmai Hotspring Village, Xiaotangshan Modern Agricultural Science Demonstration Park, and Wendu Water City. Hundreds of tourism volunteers from China University of Petroleum, China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing Changping Vocational School and tourism enterprises will popularize and initiate tourists to travel and relieve themselves politely. They will spread the knowledge about civilized tours through giving out related leaflets and encourage tourists to put the concepts into practices.
