This is the delegate certificate once belonged to Zhu Rui, known as the "father of artillery" in the PLA, for his attendance to the 7th CPC National Congress in 1945. Zhu Rui (1905-1948) studied at the artillery school in Krasin, USSR, and served as secretary of the military committee and organization minister of the Northern Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and political commissar of the First Column of the 8th Route Army during the War of Resistance. In 1943, he entered the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an. In 1945, he became the principal of the Yan'an Artillery School and attended the 7th CPC National Congress as a representative of the army in the same year. In 1946, he became the commander of the artillery of the Northeast Democratic Allied Army and the principal of the artillery school. In 1948, he was martyred due to a mine during the Liaoxi-Shenyang Campaign.In 1959, the item was donated to the Military Museum by Zhu Rui's wife, Pan Caiqin.
