Located in Liucun Country, the scenic spot lies in piedmont of warm belt with abundant resources, extravagant vegetation and beautiful scenery. There are hundred kinds of potherbs and rare wild medicinal materials along with springs, streams and picturesque peaks and rocks. The climate there is fairly mild in winter and rather cool in summer, known as "Natural Air-conditioner", it is the ideal place to enjoy the cool air in the summer vacation.

There are 27 scenic spots in the area including Small Mount Hua, Qinglong Gorge, Cuanshui Gorge, Luohan Peak, Yuxian Tower, Turtle-dragon Peep Moon (Guilong Kuiyue) and Lienv Cliff etc. The entire scenic area is divided into eight scenic spots: Baiyangcheng Relic Garden District, Swinging Fishing Welcome District, Loess Mountain Climbing District, Singing Emotion Expression District, Fish Forest Farming Base, Yellow Tower Great Wall Visiting District, Huangchang Special Breeding Base and Small Mount Tianshan Pasture.
