The Donglaishun Restaurant was established in 1903. It is known in Beijing as the No. 1 instant-boiled mutton restaurant with a history of more than one hundred years for its careful picking and processing of mutton, rich seasoning, and blazing hot pots. It has developed four series of delicacies–instant-boiled dishes, stir-fired dishes, quick-fired dishes, and roast dishes.
