A new exhibition featuring artworks from young promising artists kicked off at the Beijing Times Art Museum on Saturday. According to the organizer Beijing Wall Art, Wall Power features the works of 37 artists selected from among more than 100 contenders.

Artworks on display run the range from paintings and sculptures to installations and multimedia presentations.

As a charity art project, Wall Power aims to offer a free but influential platform for young artists to show their talents to renowned curators, critics, galleries and museums.

This year's exhibition is curated by Su Yan and features innovative creations from artists including Liang Yue, Li Xiaoqiao and Zhou Hang.

The exhibition is set to run until April 14.
